iEPMS

To meet the requirements for automation, intelligence and agility of communication project delivery, ZTE developed the iEPMS (Intelligent Engineering Project Management System) earlier in the industry. The system makes project service flows, item flows, and financial flows more smooth, and enables project management to be real-time, coordinated, efficient, and intelligent anytime and anywhere.

End-to-end Intelligent Delivery Tools

ZTE is committed to the development and application of the cloud, intelligence, and simplicity integrated solutions for efficient deployment and intelligent operation. It establishes an end-to-end intelligent tool system in all aspects of network planning, commissioning, optimization, and O&M. It improves deployment efficiency, reduces deployment difficulties, and lowers the skill requirements of personnel to make the network deployment more competitive.

Intelligent O&M

Based on the self-developed OSS platform, ZTE provides centralized O&M for multiple manufacturers, multiple systems, and multiple types of devices, and implements online management of the entire O&M process. At the same time, the system reduces manual intervention through alarm compression, fault order distribution, and automatic and intelligent performance report. Combined with management and efficiency improvement, it provides efficient and intelligent delivery for operators and improves customer satisfaction.
